Low Vision People undertaking Technical Training
Aim: To instill self-confidence in the visually impaired persons and train them technically.
Curriculum:
Basic General Mechanic (Fitter's Trade)
Injection Moulding
Electronics
Eligibility: Minimum VIII std with a knowledge of English & Reading and writing of Braille.
Fees: Free -- Inclusive of boarding and lodging. Stipend will also be provided.
Note:
At the end of 24 months an examination will be conducted by the State Council for Vocational Training, Government of Karnataka.
This course is recognized by the Government of Karnataka and is affiliated to State Council for Vocational Training.
Placement Services provided or Assistance in self-employment is offered.
