I am trained in the discipline of Human Development and Childhood Studies, which means looking at the developmental trajectories throughout the life span with a focus on the vulnerable stage of childhood, and adolescence. My knowledge has not been restricted to people only within the normal range but also covers horizons of lives of persons under difficult circumstances.

The multi ‘disciplinary’ plurality of Developmental Psychology, Laws & Policies and Social work through the rigors and contingencies of field insights has sensitized me towards ecological nuances. Through training I have been provided opportunities of placements which empower to work in areas related to disability, gender, children and media, early childhood care and education, youth development and families in diverse communities.
